This is a great opportunity to get away from the stresses and strains of daily life to enjoy yoga and Pilates sessions plus a home made lunch. Yoga and Pilates days are held five times a year. Contact Katie for more details.

Hi, I’m Katie and I run a lovely studio in S8 which provides a variety of yoga and relaxation classes. Our intention is that the studio provides a calm, peaceful, welcoming environment for you to escape to.

I believe EVERYONE can benefit from yoga. It has been said that the people who think they cannot "do" yoga are the ones who have the most to gain from it. Classes are taught by instructors who are passionate about yoga and want to share their knowledge and love of yoga.

About the Classes
The classes are suitable for a broad range of fitness levels. Everyone is encouraged to work at their own level. Yoga is non-competitive.
The classes include breathing exercises, mobility exercises, yoga postures and a relaxation.
It is important for you to inform me of any injuries you may have. The classes are small which means that it is easy to adapt postures to accomodate individual injuries.
